This was my first assignment for the Creators Garden in WOSIB. This sig tag was created on February 3, 2003 - even though I, personally, don't use a sig tag! *winks* But it was fun to make! (While this is mostly the original link page I created for my Creators Garden assignments back in 2003, obviously there won't be any updates on items created - as WOSIB is no more. I left the table separating the yearly links as it was created, to keep the page symmetrical.)

I used a fairly simple glitter effect for the animation. The easel was created from a tutorial about a year ago, the image is one of myself, from about 5 years ago. (The image was my 40th birthday present to myself, so it is actually almost 15 years ago now, and the easel tutorial was done around 10 years ago!)
